Undiscovered ’til Now: Attic Abasement.

If you like super lo-fi acts, Attic Abasement is where you’ll be gobbling.

The Rochester, N.Y. based artist has just released his latest record, Dancing is Depressing. And in the true D.I.Y. aesthetic that makes this attic and basement music intriguing, you can go listen to the entire record here.

If you’re a fan of Mountain Goats or Moldy Peaches, you’ll probably dig Attic Abasement. And while the entire record gorged on the whole can feel a bit melancholy, there are a bunch of excellent tracks on the record–from “Seamstress at the Bar” to “A Werewolf”, which you can grab below.
