If it weren’t for the latest set of remixes for Hot Chip’s “I Feel Better” single, urm, humble blogger wouldn’t have survived the mountains of work this week.

On official repeat since Monday, the Bonnie Prince Billy treatment of the tune off HC’s latest studio record One Life Stand, is welp, straight up brilliant. Will Oldham takes the tune and drops some sick “signature style” vocals on it, turning it into a club mix banger with an entirely new track name, “I Feel Bonnie”.

And yes, I feel ya Bon.

What’s more, if you haven’t gotten a chance to check out the outfit’s fourth studio record, for shame; there’s glorious influences on there–from Susan Boyle to Donna Summer, and even the timelessly amazing and never tired “That’s Us/Wild Combination” by Arthur Russell.

It’s a match made in heaven.
