Previously known as GAMES, the duo has announced they are set to release their debut, called Channel Pressure, on their imprint Software / Mexican Summer. Of course, there’s an intriguing little album teaser you can stream now.

Channel Pressure, mixed by the brilliant Prefuse 73, will drop 6/7.

Ford (of brilliant Tiger City fame) and Lopatin have had a string of dates recently–including a Gorilla vs. Bear showcase at SXSW with Prefuse 73 and a gig in Brooklyn with the decidedly bloghouse, past year obsession in the musicsphere, James Blake. And for all you Irish kitties who read this here blog, they’ll be doing a dj set at the Button Factory in a couple weeks.
