The glorious Sam Beam, mastermind of Iron & Wine, is set to release his fourth studio record, Kiss Each Other Clean, on 1/25.

Not only does humble blogger adore the record’s name, but the subtle synth drip on “Biting Your Tail” really ups this folk-driven track into a gloriously sexy place.

Apparently that move from Sub Pop to Warner brought out the inner tight, pop goddess in Beam. Me likes.

The first single off the record, “Walking Far From Home”, was available as part of Record Store Black Friday last week (you can listen to it over at We All Want Someone…).
