Humble blogger is peaked by the latest single from Icelandic experimental-folk artist Olof Arnalds; her sophomore LP, Innundir skinni, will drop 9/13 and was produced by Kjartan Sveinsson of Sigor Ros. Icelandic music giant Bjork also contributed on the record.
“Innundir Skinni”, translated to “under the skin”, certainly has got under P&C’s. Plus, she plays loads of uke. Score.
The single, of the same name as the album, is haunting but bright and fresh.
